The American Psychological Association defines Empathy as: Understanding a person from his or her frame of reference rather than one’s own, or vicariously experiencing that person’s feelings, perceptions, and thoughts. Merriam-Webster defines Empath as: One who experiences the emotions of others.

You care about others and understand their perspectives in ways most cannot. You feel and think deeply. You have creative and innovative ideas, but are often afraid to share them. It's time to embrace your potential and become the caring, insightful, and confident badass you were meant to be.

Because the world needs you!

(And let me be clear. When I say "the world needs you," I'm not doing that loud, coachy, marketing thing. I say it with 100% sincerity, because the world is in desperate need of more sensitivity and empathy.)

let's get specific...

A lot of my clients are Empaths

I believe they're the absolute best people in the world and I love working with them. Many highly sensitive and empathic

people feel trapped by self-doubt, people pleasing, and emotional and energetic overload. But it doesn't have to be that way!

What coaching is not

What is coaching?

What is a session like?

What is mindfulness?

What is intuition?

Does any of this clash with my religion? What if I'm an atheist?

To be mindful is to be deeply aware of the present moment and your place within it, observing emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations, compassionately and without judgment.
We feel our feet on the ground, the air around us, and a calm clarity within. We use mindfulness in coaching sessions to help the client disarm their fear and learn the difference between outside influences and their own, intuition, so they can create a meaningful, fulfilling life of their very own.

Coaching is for people who are looking for something more in their lives, whether or not they know exactly what that means for them yet. A coach helps you refine your goals and identify obstacles that might be keeping you from achieving them. Coaching is forward focused and action oriented. It's all about making change and creating the life you want, one step at a time.
(Coaches are not therapists. They do not diagnose or treat mental illness, they don't focus on healing past traumas, and they're not the right choice for someone currently in crisis.)
